Josue De Paula (OF) - Ranked No. 1 in the organization and No. 13 overall in MLB, De Paula is set to celebrate his 21st birthday on May 24. He possesses a fluid left-handed swing complemented by impressive power rated at 60-grade and displays intelligent decision-making at the plate. Last season, he struck out only slightly more than he walked (86 K/81 BB) and recorded an .827 OPS, along with 12 home runs over 98 games in High-A, before finishing his season with four appearances in Double-A. His remarkable exit velocities, including a 108.5 mph, 416-foot home run that earned him MVP honors at the All-Star Futures Game, indicate that he could ascend through the ranks rapidly in 2026.
Alex Freeland (SS/3B) - Holding the No. 4 ranking in the Dodgers’ prospects and No. 45 overall in MLB, Freeland is one of two players on this list who has already tasted life in the majors. As a switch-hitter, he showcased more power from the left side in 2025, hitting 16 of his 20 home runs against right-handed pitchers, including two in the big leagues. His solid defensive abilities across shortstop, second base, and third base will add valuable depth to the infield this coming season.
Jackson Ferris (LHP) - Coming in at No. 6 in the Dodgers’ ranks and No. 98 in MLB, Ferris was acquired in a trade that sent Michael Busch to Chicago in 2024. He followed up a stellar season as the Dodgers' Pitcher of the Year with another strong performance in 2025, posting a 1.95 ERA over 14 starts from June 21 to the season's conclusion, which was the third-best figure in the Minors. James Tibbs III (OF) - Ranked No. 8 among the Dodgers’ prospects, Tibbs experienced a rollercoaster 2025 season. Selected as the 13th overall pick in 2024, he was traded from the Giants to the Red Sox in June as part of the Rafael Devers trade and subsequently moved to the Dodgers in exchange for right-hander Dustin May. Despite the turmoil, Tibbs rebounded after joining his third team, hitting seven home runs and achieving a .269 batting average with a .900 OPS in 36 games with Double-A Tulsa. Unfortunately, he was sidelined for the remainder of the season due to rotator cuff inflammation. The 2021 third-round draft pick was on track to make his MLB debut in 2026, and with 16 starts in Double-A already under his belt, that opportunity still exists.
Noah Miller (SS) - At No. 25 in the Dodgers’ prospects, Noah is the younger sibling of MLB veteran Owen Miller. His athleticism and defensive skills have propelled him through the Minor Leagues. The 23-year-old switch-hitter spent most of the previous season in Triple-A, where he posted a .238 batting average with a .269 on-base percentage and hit just four home runs over 59 games. While his offensive production may not yet be ready for the majors, his exceptional 70-grade fielding ability is invaluable at any level.
